How long do I have access to my online support resources?
Support is based on an active membership status.
If you signed up for a full coaching program such as the Cell Phone Repair Essentials program, etc., you will have access to the system and resources for four (4) months from the date you registered. After your initial 4 month period, you can renew for continued access by choosing either a monthly access plan or by selecting a discounted annual plan.
If you are on a monthly membership or payment plan, your access is based on your last successful payment. Monthly plans are 30 day cycles and if payments are late or missed, system access will be suspended until payment is submitted.
