Failed Quizzes or Exams

If you fail a quiz and/or exam 3 times your account progress will be locked.  When this happens you will need to retake the entire section again, not just the quiz.

If you've encountered this situation, please open a ticket in your LMS (or send us an email) to let us know and we'll reset your account.
