Can I Fail A Class?

Yes.  You are not guaranteed to get certified just because you take the class.

A certification that can be purchased isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.  You will have to earn your certificate by passing the course and exams.

Our tests are based on the cell phone repair industry standards set by CTIA WISE and the  Association of Device Repair Service Excellence (ADRSE), which means that they are difficult enough that you need to actually know the material.  

They are not tricky or hard just to be hard, but are challenging enough that you shouldn’t expect to be able to pass just because you’ve taken other trainings or courses in the past that are not based on the repair industry standard.  This training is different, and the exams will reflect those differences.

A passing grade is 70, and you can retake the test twice  (for a max total of 3 attempts). If you do not receive a passing grade after your third attempt, you will be required to go back through the module prior to taking the test again.
